A 24-hour minimum cancellation notice is required for a lesson to be credited.

Lessons may be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or "as-you-go".

All lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

If a lesson is missed with proper notice, you will have the option to makeup the lesson within the following two weeks or credit the lesson to the next month.

In the event a 24-hour notice is not given, you will forfeit the lesson and will still be charged. If a 24-hour notice is not possible, the lesson may be made up at Calee’s discretion.

There are no makeups of makeups. If you miss the makeup lesson, the lesson will be forfeited and may not be credited.

If you miss more than two lessons within the same month, you may risk losing your permanent lesson time.
